QVR-125 Irradiation Cross-Linked Automotive Low-Voltage Wire is a temperature-resistant flexible wire designed for high-temperature operating conditions in new energy vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles. It adopts a stranded conductor of 60/0.25mm tinned copper wires and a single-layer irradiation cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) insulation structure, with a temperature resistance grade of 125℃, complying with RoHS, PAHS environmental standards and relevant automotive industry specifications. With orange as the universal warning color in the new energy industry, the product features high flexibility, oil resistance, aging resistance, easy soldering and other characteristics, suitable for wiring in confined vehicle spaces. It is widely used in electrical connections in high-temperature areas inside vehicles and power supply of low-voltage auxiliary circuits, and is one of the mainstream models of domestic automotive wire exports, with better cost performance than similar products of Japanese and American standards.
